At Fancyleds, we want you to be completely satisfied with your lighting setup. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the correct return address.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure the LEDs and sync boxes are placed in their original packaging with all included cables and accessories to ensure a smooth inspection process.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked postal service to send the package back to our warehouse facility.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians verify the electronics are in original condition, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
